There are definite advantages to our 2 homes located in the quiet and upscale La Lejona neighborhood. The houses are spacious and contemporary while still using all of the traditional colonial architecture. There are magnificent brick boveda ceilings, cantera columns, and handmade talavera tiles throughout. The La Casona convention center is a 15 minute walk, a 35 minute walk from the centro, and even closer to the Instituto Allende. A local bus offers an almost free shuttle service to downtown every 15 minutes. The location is a short walk to the La Comer supermarket and convenient to highways throughout the region. The one story home features two master bedroom suites. Between them is a long main room adjacent to a beautiful interior patio. This home can be rented with our house next door, having a private door between the two homes. The two story home features three bedrooms.
