Super Bowl and Refigerators Start 2003 The year began with the excitement of the Super Bowl. Diane was one of 20 artists chosen for a show in the corporate hospitality village. Diane was also a prominent local artist featured by "Art Walk San Diego". She was interviewed by local television and participated in a unique charity auction of painted refigerators. Her contribution, "Spring Journey", is shown at right.

"In Our Own Backyard" Gets Critical Acclaim

In Our Own Backyard (San Onofre) continues to enjoy the approval of the jurors at regional shows. Most recently it was selected for the prestigious 4th Annual jurried exhibition at the Cannon Art Gallery in Carlsbad, California. The painting previously appeared in five other shows.
